How to make TOMATO GNOCCHI with ROME TOMATO

Ingredients(3 servings)



  • 2 large Rome Tomatoes

  • 1 pound chicken breast(or shrimp)

  • A handful green beans

  • 4 white mushrooms

  • 1 pack of gnocchi

  • 1/2 tomato sauce

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 clove of fresh garlic

  • Olive oil


Directions

1. Wash ingredients thoroughly


2 .Cut Rome Tomato into dices, slice mushrooms and chicken breast, then cut green beans into the length of 1 or 1.5 inches(with calyx cut off)



3 .Fill the pot with water and boil it

4 .Put gnocchi and green beans in the boiling water and cook them for 3-4 minutes


5 .While waiting for gnocchi and green beans are cooked, pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil into the pan with chopped up garlic

6 .Add sliced chicken breast, mushrooms and diced Rome Tomatoes and then add tomato sauce after the chicken is cooked


7 .Put gnocchi and green beans into the colander and drain them


8 .Put 7 into the pan and mix them all


9 .Add salt and black pepper if you'd like


10 .Done!
