How to make shrimp CEVICHE with BEEF STEAK TOMATO

Ingredients(4 servings)


  • 1 large Beef Steak Tomato

  • 2 pounds cooked shrimp

  • 2 cucumbers

  • 1 purple onion

  • 1/2 large avocado

  • 1 small jalapeno

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • Lime juice (about 1 large lime)

  • Lemon juice (about 1 large lime)

  • Himalayan salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil


Directions


1. Wash ingredients thoroughly


2 .Cut Beef Steak Tomato, cucumbers,shrimps and avocado into dices


3. Chop up cilantro, jalapeno and 1/2 purple onion(Slice the other 1/2)


4. Put all the cut ingredients into a bowl


5. Add lemon juice, lime juice ,olive oil and sprinkle black pepper and Himalayan salt. And then mix everything in the bowl



6. Wrap the bowl and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes


7. Done!
